2024-2025 School Year (Beginning November 2023)
- This process is for brand new students applying for Saint Raphael School
- Currently enrolled students should wait until the re-enrollment period in March to register for the next grade level

Steps in the Application Process

Login/Create your Application Account (Please Note: You must still submit a completed application after creating an account)

New Families - Create your Application account here and follow the instructions below
Current SRS families - Log in to your existing Family Portal account & navigate to the Application/Enrollment section

Renweb will send a confirmation email after registering for an application account. You MUST CONFIRM your account via this email.
Complete the online application and be sure to press the SUBMIT application button.
Bring the following items to the School Office to be copied and returned:
- New Kindergarten Students
  - Original Birth Certificate
  - Original Baptismal Certificate
- New Students Grades 1-8
  - Original Birth Certificate
  - Original Baptismal Certificate
  - Complete Release of School Records and return to school office
  - Copy of Report Cards from the past two (2) school years
  - Copy of IEP/ISP or Accommodation plan if applicable
After completing all of the steps above, your student will be considered registered for the selected school year.
The school will send an acceptance letter containing additional information to finalize your Family Portal account and complete any remaining forms for the selected school year.
Enrollments will be finalized in March. The Education Technology fee of $200.00 per student is due at the time of Enrollment. ($110 to Education, $90 to Technology)
