Admissions Process

Applications for the 2025-2026 School Year are currently open. This application process is for brand new students applying to Saint Raphael School. Currently enrolled students should wait until the re-enrollment period in March to register for the next grade level.


Online Application
  1.  Log In/Create your Application Account:
    • New Families - create your Application Account here and follow the instructions below
    • Current SRS Families - log in to your existing Family Portal account and navigate to the Application/Enrollment section
  2. Renweb will send a confirmation email after you register for an Application Account. You MUST CONFIRM your account via this email.
  3. Once confirmed, complete the online application and be sure to click the SUBMIT button.
  4. Bring the following items to the School Office to be copied and returned:
    • New Kindergarten Students:
      • Original Birth Certificate
      • Original Baptismal Certificate
    • New Students Grades 1-7:
      • Original Birth Certificate
      • Original Baptismal Certificate
      • Complete Release of School Records and return to your current school office
      • Current school year report card
      • Previous school year report card
      • Most recent two years of standardized assessment results (i.e. NWEA MAP, OST, AIR, etc.)
      • Copy of IEP/ISP or Accommodation Plan if applicable


Next Steps
After completing all the steps outlined above, your child will be considered for the 2025-2026 school year. The school will send an acceptance letter with instructions on how to create your SRS Family Portal account. Once you receive the acceptance letter, you will need to enroll your child for the 2025-2026 school year. Please note the enrollment process is separate from the application process. Traditionally, enrollment takes place in March, and an enrollment fee is due at that time.
